- Develop technical solutions that align with optimal technical possibilities, considering factors such as efficiency, performance, and reliability
- Manage the execution of projects within defined profit frameworks
- Ensure timely execution of technical solutions throughout the sales and development process, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
- Engage in interactions with clients, conducting site visits before and during project implementation to address their specific requirements and concerns
- Collaborate with network operators, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors to develop customized solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technologies to provide innovative and reliable solutions
- Ensure effective communication with financial and IT/digital resources departments, providing the necessary inputs for a cohesive and well-integrated approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying potential opportunities for future business
Required skills, knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of solar power plants
- Technical knowledge in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose creative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools, K2, Solar Edge Tool, or similar software
- Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken)
