Position Summary:

VIAR is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Manager to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and be comfortable working in a digital outbound sales process. The Senior B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with customers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the company
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large multinational manufacturers
- Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns that align with business objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our platform
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Pogoji

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success
- Experience selling to large multinational manufacturers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
