We are looking for a carer:
- Kind, joyful and determined individuals, who love to bring out the best in others
- Empathy and patience to support older people is essential
- Commitment, reliability , a mature and proactive approach to situations that comes from life experience
- Good verbal knowledge in Italian language
- Organised with good time management effective communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in different areas
Duties include:
- Helping with physical activities and offering emotional support and reassurance to them
- Reporting changes, sharing important information with the family and professionals
- Chauffeuring clients to and attending medical appointments and social events
- Personal care
- Monitoring health regularly and helping to administer medication and support with incontinence care
