Job description
Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at ASIS d.o.o. located in Ljubljana. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our repair service, managing a team of technicians, coordinating repair schedules, ensuring quality repairs are performed, and providing exceptional customer service. The Service Manager will also collaborate closely with other departments to improve service efficiency and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- proven experience in automotive repair or related field
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- knowledge of PDR (paintless dent repair) techniques is a plus
- experience in customer service is preferred
- proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record keeping
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
