Job description

- načrtovanje jedi, pripravljanje in kuhanje živil
- načrtovanje, nadziranje in usklajevanje dela kuhinjskih pomočnikov
- preverjanje kakovosti hrane
- tehtanje, merjenje in mešanje sestavin glede na recepte in po osebni presoji
- uravnavanje temperature pečice, žara, pekača in druge opreme za kuhanje
- pregledovanje in čiščenje kuhinje, kuhinjske opreme, prostorov za streženje itd. za zagotavljanje ukrepov varnega in higienskega ravnanja s hrano
- upravljanje velike kuhinjske opreme, kot so žar, cvrtnik ali železna plošča za pečenje

Requirements

- samostojnost
- urejenost
- izkušnje kot samostojni kuhar
- motivacijo za delo in za prenos znanja na sodelavce

Professional qualification:

II. level – Completed elementary school, III. level – Secondary vocational education (2 years), IV. level – Secondary professional education (3 years), V. level – Secondary general, professional and technical education
