- priprava in kuhanje navadne in dietne prehrane po jedilniku- priprava obrokov za serviranje v jedilnici in za zunanje odjemalce
- organiziranje in nadzor higienskega režima v izmeni
- skrb za redno čiščenje in razkuževanje kuhinje, priročnih prostorov, opreme, posode in pribora
- skrb za pravočasno distribucijo obrokov v jedilnico, na oddelke in za zunanje odjemalce
Requirements
Izobrazba:
- srednja strokovna, srednja splošna; Gostinstvo in turizem, šport, osebne storitve, podrobneje neopredeljeno
Alternativna izobrazba:
- srednja poklicna, Hotelirstvo in gostinstvo
Professional qualification:
IV. level – Secondary professional education (3 years), V. level – Secondary general, professional and technical education
