Responsibilities:
- maintain or improve on 40% YoY growth from previous years
- create marketing activities that will move the needle while maintaining sustainable CAC
- improve organic Amazon ranking on key marketplaces
- improve our current Amazon and other sales channels through A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization
- launch new products on Amazon
- successfully own all marketing-related processes (meetings, reporting, analytics)
- successfully manage outside partners, freelancers, and other services related to sales growth

Pogoji

- at least 1 year of experience managing Amazon seller marketing strategies
- at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- high level of analytical thinking and clear understanding of performance-based marketing metrics (CAC, TACOS, LTV)
- experience in managing and understanding Amazon PPC campaigns (or Google Ads if not familiar with Amazon PPC)
- experience managing freelancers (mostly Upwork)
- efficiency and self-management skills
- integrity and team spirit
- fluent in written and spoken English
- knowledge of copywriting and email marketing

Bonus skills:
- understanding of SaaS-specific metrics (Churn, ARPU, LTV)
- understanding of customer success best practices
- understanding of software development process

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys growing an Amazon business but also enjoys other aspects of the digital marketing space (email marketing, PPC, marketing strategy, positioning, etc.). However, with Amazon being the driver of our growth, experience with Amazon is necessary.
