Digital Marketing Manager (m/ž)

We are looking for an experienced Marketing manager, versed in PR, SEO & Wordpress, social media marketing and product development. The topic of activities will be digitalization and artificial intelligence in various industries, so it won’t hurt if you have experience and a strong interest in technologies. Qlector is developing artificial intelligence based solutions for manufacturing, logistics and other industries, namely QLECTOR Leap.

Responsibilities:
- content creation / writing blogs, PR content and shorter news articles for external communication
- cooperating with the Sales department in creating sales-emails content and strategies
- guiding the analytical approach to all marketing activities, see what sticks and go with the best approach to raise the MQL
- manage our WordPress website, upload content, follow visitors metrics and help change the approaches to reach maximum results
- lead the activities in SEO optimization
- manage the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter (optional) accounts with the purpose of building the appropriate audiences (B2B and employer branding)
- cooperate with outside experts in creating various designs, from web, graphics, animations, videos to print content
- participating in event organizing activities, on average we organize 2 events per year with international attendance
- cooperate in shaping the overall marketing and sales approaches and strategies
- research and implement the latest relevant marketing approaches
- given we are a start-up, anything else that you may see as essential for your work success and satisfaction

Pogoji

Requirements:
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably technology and manufacturing infused
- excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- excellent written and verbal Slovene communication skills
- familiar with Wordpress content management
- experienced in SEO optimization
- familiar with email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Zoho, etc.
- experienced with basic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- willingness to learn about new technologies, industries and their trends

These are not necessary, but we will be impressed with:
- excellent written and verbal German communication skills
- familiar with content regarding Industry 4.0 and industrial digitalization
- experience in event management
