Outbrain is seeking a results-driven and highly analytical Programmatic Growth Operations Manager for our Yield Operations team.
The Programmatic Growth Operations Manager will be the ambassador of Outbrain’s Extended Network for supply partners and will be working with account managers, sales, product, and operations teams globally to maintain and increase revenue growth. The ultimate responsibility is to maximize the full potential by using data, creating new practices and well known ones in order to optimize the partner’s performance.

What You’ll Bring:
- ability to be a project owner, working simultaneously on multiple projects and delivering results while maintaining routine tasks
An analytical person who enjoys working with large sets of data, including solid usage of SQL, Excel, Google Sheets and other BI Platforms (ex. Looker Studio…)
- fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing)
Advantage but not a must
- 2-3 years of experience in Ad-tech/Mar-tech
- experience supporting or working directly with brands and agency clients
- eperience with Programmatic Technologies in place, such as RTB, DSPs, SSPs
- experience in client/partner-facing roles from global ad-tech companies
- ability to combine highly technical skills with relationship-building skills to be able to provide both analysis and business insights
- a natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the ability to make key decisions based on experience
